To fix this issue go to your ‘control panel’ and run the Windows update but firstly ensure that your PC is already fully updated as this can cause problems with the download. If you still have problems, use the Start Menu to search for ‘performance’ and reboot the system. This should fix the issue with upgrading to Windows 10.
